| WHAT DO WE USE TO MAKE OUR CANDLES?

All our products are 100% natural with no added chemicals. We only use natural soy wax, and fragrance oils to make each and every one of our candles. Soy wax is a natural, vegan, and biodegradable compound that provides a cleaner burn and is better for the environment. In addition, soy wax burns longer than paraffin wax, allowing you to enjoy your favourite candle for a longer period of time!

We also use wooden wicks, which are derived from natural resources (wood) and are much safer than the traditional cotton wick which is often coated with harsh chemicals!

| WHY IS THE COLOUR/ APPEARANCE OF YOUR CANDLES DIFFERENT?

We hand-pour and handcraft every single one of our candles, with no chemicals or preservatives, added. As we refrain from using chemicals or other additives to alter the look of our candles, there may be certain imperfections such as frostings, and uneven surfaces. Rest assured that it is normal for your candles to look slightly different from batch to batch.

Bumpy surfaces are super common with soy wax - it happens when the candle cools at an inconsistent rate. As in all-natural products, this is good news, and the best way to know your candle is made from 100% soy. It will not affect the performance of your candle.

| HOW LONG DO THE CANDLES BURN FOR?

Burn times stated below strictly follow our recommended burning tips. There may be slight variations to these times depending on candle care.

4oz candles: Up to 20 hours

| ARE WOOD WICK CANDLES SAFE?

Yes, wood wicks are derived from natural resources (wood) and are much safer than the traditional cotton wick which is often coated with harsh chemicals!

| WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WOOD-WICK CANDLES?

Wood wicks provide a soothing crackle to emulate a gentle fireplace! They also release a stronger scent throw without being overwhelming.

| BLACK SMOKE COMING OUT OF MY CANDLE?

All candles (not just wood wick candles) will produce black smoke if you burn them for long enough. Simply trim the wick before each burn to get rid of the smoke. By trimming the wick it ensures the candle is safe for the environment and that makes your candles last longer.

| WHAT IS THE EXPIRY OF RAWRR. CANDLE’S PRODUCTS?

At RAWRR. Candle, we use all-natural ingredients to create every single product. The product life cycle is dependent on various external factors such as oxygen level, temperature, humidity, and sunlight.
