Your orders will usually take 1-2 business days to be processed and prepared for delivery. Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3-5 business days. We take pride in handling all our products and carefully inspect each candle before we mail it out to you.

By making a purchase, you agree that our products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for candles that have been damaged during the courier process, or if you have received a faulty product.

To complete your return, please send proof of purchase and images of damage/faultiness to info.rawrr@gmail.com. This has to be made within 7 days of receiving your items, and we will issue you a full refund.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases, and cannot exchange or refund custom candles.

However, we will try our best to accommodate replacement for damaged products during shipment. Please contact us at info.rawrr@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept all returns that are fully priced and are issued as Store Credit. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online.

1. Orders must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of purchase (as indicated on your order). Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the candles must be unburnt, contain all packaging, and have no stains or marks.

3. No returns or exchange for items purchased using a credit note and sale items, as well as gift cards.

4. Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

5. The customer must cover for the cost of the return shipping. sent will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.

If an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you, which may incur additional costs. In the event that orders are returned without notice, RAWRR. has the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policies.
